Meet Brooke Davis, our December Girl Hero! Brooke is a longtime Girls on the Run Champion and has been involved with GOTR Puget Sound since 2012. She first got involved with GOTR as a meaningful way to engage with the community and positively impact youth. After exploring several organizations, it was clear to her that GOTR was the right fit. Her first Girls on the Run 5K was a wet fall day at Seward Park, and as a new coach, she had no idea what to expect. The moment she saw all her participants cross the finish line, she knew she had witnessed something life-changing. She has now also been a member of the Board of Directors for the last five years. As she transitions off the Board to join the Advisory Council, we want to acknowledge Brooke and all she has done to support GOTR over the last thirteen years. Thank you, Brooke!
